投诉信
有些人喜欢投诉,多数人并不喜欢,但偶尔写一封投诉信也是有必要的。如果消费者就产品或服务写了一封冗长而漫无边际的投诉信,他收到的回信中往往会列出一系列不但没有帮助、反而更加麻烦的改正方法:
Please fill in the enclosed form and mail it to us. Under separate cover send the dock to our Central Service Center. After we have received both,we will examine the clock and then send you an estimate of the repair cost if the damage is not covered by our limited warranty. If you accept our estimate,you can notify us by mail. We will then repair the clock,send you the bill,and return the clock when payment has been received.
