针对顾客的索赔要求
理赔一定要讲技巧,不伤感情地拒绝顾客的要求是很不容易的。可以用一些令人愉快的句子开头,如告诉对方你同意他的某些观点并向他表示感谢;接下来的解释必须清楚明确,而不能草率无礼,要拿出足够的时间和篇幅以便做出完整而合乎逻辑的解释,完整这一点对于顾客是很重要的;最后告诉顾客他可以做什么,或者你将如何尽力做出令他满意的补偿。
