采购订单

释义：

买方对供货方发出的采购货物或者服务的凭证，条款比较简单。在某些情况下，合同双方先签署一个框架协议，约定一段时间内双方的采购和供应总量，详细约定双方的权利和义务;随后通过采购订单的形式，单独约定每一期采购和供应的数量、金额、交付时间等。
