一国政府或其辖内任何公共机构对其境内某种产品价格或某些企业收入提供的财政资助，以直接或间接地增加出口或减少进口，会对其他国家利益产生不利的影响。出口信用保险对出口的支持不属于补贴的范围。
A financial contribution or support of the price or revenue by a government or any public body in its territory. This kind of governmental deed or measure directly or indirectly leads to an increase of export or a decrease of import， or results in the damage of interests of other countries. The support of export credit facility is not taken as subsidy.
