表面利率/名义利率

释义：

合同或贷款协议约定的不反映实际水平的利率，常用于中长期出口信贷。经合组织的《君子协定》对出口信用机构所支持的项目利率有相关的规定。但是，由于一些进口商或借款人寻求更低的利率，实际利率和预期利率的利差会被计入合同价格或贷款本金。
