麦积山石窟

麦积山风景名胜区距天水市45公里。麦积山为典型的丹霞地貌，因其形状似农家麦垛而得名。麦积山石窟是中国四大石窟之一，现存洞窟214个，泥塑和石刻造像7299身，壁画1000多平方米，尤以泥塑艺术著称，被誉为 “东方雕塑馆” 。

Maijishan Mountain scenic area is typical Danxia landform，which is located 45 kilometers from Tianshui City.Because of the wheat stack shape，the mountain was named Maijishan. Maijishan Grottoes is one of China's four grottoes. There are 214 caves，7299 clay sculptures and stone statues，and more than 1，000square meters of fresco in actual existence.
